Etta Tidd is a Senior at Bradford High School in Kenosha, WI. After graduation in May, she plans on attending college to double major in Musical Theater and Athletic Training. She was born with a congenital heart defect, which resulted in two open-heart surgeries. Additionally, she faced battles with severe anxiety and depression. This sparked the idea for her Community Service Initiative (CSI), Limitless: Overcoming Barriers To Be Your Best Self. Through her CSI, she helps others overcome their barriers through her Limitless workshops.

She first discovered the Miss America Opportunity at 7 years old, where she participated in crown camp. This ignited a passion for the organization, leading her to compete at 13 years old. She has been able to develop personal development skills through competing and cannot wait to share that with other young women in Wisconsin.

Aside from Miss America, Etta loves participating in theater! Being able to perform and share stories on stage is something that makes her happy. She has had the opportunity to perform in 25 theater productions, including a show that performed in the International Fringe Festival in Scotland! This has transformed her outlook on theater, and she looks forward to using it to improve her craft!

In her free time, she loves reading, playing with her dog cannoli, baking, and making TikTok’s! Etta will be competing for the title of Miss Wisconsin's Teen this June.
