Briana Schram is a junior nursing student at Concordia University Wisconsin pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing with dreams of becoming a pediatric nurse. Whether she’s in the classroom, working with children in the community, or supporting fellow students as a Resident Assistant, Briana leads with compassion, empathy, and a genuine love for helping others feel seen and supported.

As Miss Milwaukee 2026, Briana is honored to represent the city she proudly grew up knowing and loving. Her Community Service Initiative, Little Champions: Building Positive Self-Image in Kids, was inspired by her own experiences struggling with self-worth as a child. At just nine years old, Briana found herself battling negative self-image and learned firsthand how important early mental health support can be. Today, she is passionate about helping the next generation build confidence before self-doubt takes root.

Through partnerships with schools, daycares, churches, and pediatric clinics throughout the Milwaukee area, Briana hosts interactive “Little Champions” workshops where children learn how to identify their strengths, reframe negative self-talk, and celebrate what makes them unique. She also extends the initiative online through her “Milwaukee Minis” series, highlighting the honest and heartwarming perspectives of children in the community.

On campus, Briana serves as a Resident Assistant in a freshman women’s residence hall, where she helps create a supportive and welcoming environment for students adjusting to college life. She is also involved with the Student Nurses Association and has earned recognition, including the Presidential Achievement Award, High Honor Roll, and National Honor Society membership.

​

Outside of school and service, Briana loves thrifting for vintage treasures, spending time outdoors along Lake Michigan, and being with family and friends. As the oldest of five siblings, family has always been at the center of who she is and what inspires her work with children. Briana will represent Milwaukee as Delegate #10 at the Miss Wisconsin Competition this June in New Berlin, where she will compete for the title of Miss Wisconsin.
